Functions and Duties of TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
FUNCTIONS:
- Manage, implement and inspect technical work, ensure work progress, saftey, quality and economic efficiency in Company;
- Management of using, reparing, purchasing equipments, machines for business operations in Company.
DUTIES:
- Develop construction plan, technical plan for all projects, all type of vehivles and equipments using for construction, other products to implement in Company.
- Inspect, determine the volume, quality, specification of materials, labour consumption on the basis of approved technical and economical norms; Develop construction plan, safety and sanitation plan for important projects; Guide relevant units to create and approve construction plan, safety and sanitation plan for small projects.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Department, Project Development Department to prepare document to apply for bid.
- Guide and inspect subsidiaries about technical work, quality, progress, safety, equipments and sanitation.
- Guide and co-ordinate with subsidiaries to prepare document to check and take over works.
- Management, maintenance, repair, control all the vehicles and equipments in construction in Company. Develop plan to repair and purchase equipments quarterly, yearly. Co-ordinate with Sales Department, Accounting and Finance Department to manage car schedule, all types of machines in subsidiaries of Company and other partners.
- Implement directly the work decided by the Director.
- Co-ordinate with Administration and Personnel to develop plan to inspect skills of workers, training, re-training, develop plan to educate human resources of Company.
- Management of work safety, sanitation, fire prevention, fire fighting force.
- Develop innovation plan to update new technology, equipment to meet the demand of business production of Company. Apply scientific and technical advances, innovations and inventions to business operations of Company.
- Propose methods to improve management to increase business efficiency to Director of Company, apply technical innovations in business productions.
- Suspend the work of team leader, individual and sites when excavate serious violations in technical management, work safety, fire prevention and report to Director to have plan to solve problems.
- Co-ordinate with all departments in Company to achieve the assigned tasks.
- To request the Board of Directors: Reward, discipline, raising pay, and other benefits for team and individual of Technical Department.
