Functions and Duties of ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT

FUNCTIONS:

The Administration and Personnel Department involved in helping the Director to direct, organize and supervise the implementation of organisation structure, personnel management, recruitment; training; development of human resources, legal affair, inspection, testing, protection of internal politics, military, fire preventation and fighting, reward, sanitation, flood preventation and administrative governance of the Company.

DUTIES:

-Develop planning approach, selection, arrangement of staff and workforce according to organisation structure and objectives approved by Director and Board of Directors.

- Develop plan of staff training and improvement of worker skills annually to meet the need of growing production.

- Develop and promulgate regulations of personnel distribution, salary, bonus, training, recruitment, etc to meet the requirement of management and operating of Company.

- Guidance for implementation of Labor Law, Business Law and Regulations of Company.

- Implement and test the regulations and policies for all the staff in Company.

- Develop and implement labor plan, wages, allocation of staff for each department in Company to meet the demand of Company in each period.

- Management of all facilities in Company (including office equipments, administrative tools) serving for production and operation of Company.

- Co-ordinate with other departments to fully complete the legal of using land of Company. Co-ordinate with other functional departments in the use and exploitation of all the facilities of Company at the most effective way.

- Management of Company seal follow the authorization of the Director, take responsibility for clerical duties, ensuring safe, ethical and accuracy.

- Develop and implement plans and regulations on inspection, protection, health, fire and flood preventation, national security in Company and sites in progress.

- Handle and resolve regular works of Company, Company offices.

- Co-ordinate with all departments in Company to achieve the assigned tasks.

- To request the Board of Directors: Reward, discipline, raising pay, and other benefits for team and individual of Administration and Personnel Department.
