Functions and Duties of SALES DEPARTMENT

FUNCTIONS:

- Develop and organise the implementation of business plans, establish technical target, economical target of all the types of business production in Company;

- Management and supply of materials, equipments to meet the need of fabrication activities, business and services of Company.

DUTIES:

- Develop periodic business production plan of Company; allocation planning, dispatch and add-in duties for subsidiaries: Branch, factory, shop, production team, etc.

- Develop allotments for subsidiaries: Branch, factory, shop, production team and labours. Co-ordinate with other departments in settlement of subsidiaries.

- When all the projects, contracts go into implementation stage, create cost estimation for construction to provide advance capital for projects, sites and payment in the end.

- Base on the estimation of design, estimation of implementation and schedule of project, make a contract of inspection, guidance to check and take over, settlement of projects. For all projects, Company authorises to Branch, Company's subsidiaries sign a contract to guide, inspect, suggest for manager of each department to achieve goal as planned.

- Implementation of the settlement, liquidation of contracts with investors at the end of the project.

- Analyse economic efficiency of all sites and business operations of Company.

- Manage, exploit and supply materials, equipments for all the sites implemented by Company and support demand and supply of the market. Co-ordinate with subsidiaries to compare the use of materials, equipment, construction tools according to approved norm. Co-ordinate with other functional departments to check the volume, quality, price of all materials that are used for all projects of Company.

- Collect data, report the result of business production monthly, quarterly, yearly. Analyse and evaluate the result of economic performance monthy, quarterly, yearly.

- Propose to Director of Company about management method to increase productivity, enhance management efficiency and productivity.

- Co-ordinate with Technical Department, present to Director to issue and inspect the implementation of economical and technical norm of Company.

- Co-ordinate with Project Development to prepare document to apply for bid.

- Co-ordinate with other departments to achieve assigned tasks.

- To request the Board of Directors: Reward, discipline, raising pay, and other benefits for team and individual of Sales Department.
