Functions and Duties of PROJECT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

FUNCTIONS:

-Marketing, search for new project, prepare documents to apply for bid, create job for Company;

- Project development, manage and exploit projects to ensure high efficiency and development objectives of Company.

DUTIES:

- Proactive in marketing, search for new projects, prepare documents to apply for bid, ensure the accuracy, timely, competitive prices, get more jobs and economic efficiency.

- Exploit, manage and develop all the sources of land, buildings, structures of Company to get economic efficiency.

- Collect data, report the results of implementing projects, analyse economic efficiency of all sites, invested projects.

- Negotiate economic contracts to present to Director. Supervise the implementation of contracts that have been signed between Director and customer.

- Develop investment plan for major, minor repairs for all the sites of Company to ensure the quality and to meet the goal of Company.

- Supervise the implementation of invested projects, ensure all the projects finish on time, ensure the quality and cost saving; Abide by internal regulations of Company and legal of Government.

- Co-ordinate with other functional departments of Company to check and take over technique, volume, create settlement document for the categories of all sites, all completed projects.

- Propose management methods to Director of Company to increase productivity, enhance management and business production efficiency.

- Develop feasible projects to exploit Company's lands to get highest efficiency, ensure strategic and the goal of Company.

- Co-ordinate with other departments in Company to achieve assigned tasks.

- To request the Board of Directors: Reward, discipline, raising pay, and other benefits for team and individual of Project Development Department.
